CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow changes and cancellation to orders up to 7 days in advance.

  • A minimum of 7 business days' notice is required for online orders or custom orders to be canceled or modified.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative and restocking fees.
  • For cancellations with less than the required notice period (under 7 days), we cannot offer refunds.
  • Under special circumstances, Pastel Bakes may offer a credit for a future order or a partial refund.

Pastel Bakes prioritizes customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges after an order has been dispatched.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery at hello@pastelbakes.com. Include your order name, photos (inside/outside), and a detailed description of the problem.

  • If your product was a pick-up order, we are not responsible for damages that occur during transport or improper storage (see Cake Care Instructions page).
  • We will assess your situation and strive for your complete satisfaction.
  • In exceptional cases, complaints received after 24 hours may be reviewed and potentially result in a credit for a future order.
